How are your garments made?
Every piece is made to order. When you place an order, your garment is printed and finished specifically for you, then shipped. This keeps our catalog fresh and reduces waste — but it does mean production takes a few days before your order ships.
What sizes do you offer, and how do they fit?
Most styles are offered in S through 3XL. Our premium sweatshirts and several fitted styles run small — we recommend ordering one size larger than your usual size. See the Size Guide for measurements, or refer to the official garment spec sheet linked there.
How long does shipping take?
Because items are made to order, allow a few business days for production, plus standard transit time after your order ships. You'll receive tracking by email once it's on the way. See Shipping for full details.
What is your return / exchange policy?
Because each item is produced on demand, we handle sizing issues and defects on a case-by-case basis. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Full details on the Returns page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as possible at support@kingdommindedlife.com. Once a made-to-order item enters production we may not be able to change or cancel it, but we'll always do our best.
How do I pick size and color?
Click any product to open its page on our store, then choose your size (and color where offered) before adding to cart. Checkout is handled securely through our store.
What does "10% to ministry" mean?
Ten percent of every order is reinvested into ministry, missions, and the local church. Wearing Kingdom Minded is part of something larger than apparel.
